We are delighted to announce that we have two esteemed judicial speakers for this PNBA seminar which will be held at Gray’s Inn (Large Pension Room) on Wednesday 14th June from 5.30pm. Mr Justice Andrew Baker and Mr Justice Marcus Smith will speak on the issues for practitioners and judges alike arising out of the witness statements pilot and out of the permanent adoption of the disclosure pilot, respectively. The seminar will be chaired by Nico Leslie, Member of the PNBA Executive Committee. The Chair of the PNBA, Thomas Grant KC, will introduce the judges. Afterwards, there will be a chance to catch up with other PNBA members and to continue the conversation over a drink.
