On Tuesday 15th November – “Privilege and without prejudice issues in Professional Liability Claims”. This seminar was held in person at Quadrant Chambers and was chaired by The Hon. Mr Justice Soole. The speakers are Alison Padfield KC, Thomas Grant KC and Tom Asquith.
